四 | 消费者最高可领取补贴2.95万元1月8日，国务院新闻办公室举行政策例行吹风会，正式公布关于手机等数码产品的购新补贴细则，其中包括对个人消费者购买手机、平板、智能手表手环等3类数码产品（单件销售价格不超过6000元），按产品销售价格的15%给予补贴，每位消费者每类产品可补贴1件，每件补贴不超过500元。南都湾财社记者注意到，自2025年1月20日18时开始，广东粤焕新以旧换新公共服务平台新增数码产品以旧换新补贴，手机、平板、智能手表手环均可领取补贴。同时，家电以旧换新补贴新增4类家电，含微波炉、净水器、洗碗机、电饭煲。目前在“粤焕新”平台，手机平板等购新补贴已经可以正常领取，不过目前只有定位在广州市、韶关市、佛山市、清远市、中山市、珠海市、河源市、江门市、汕尾市、茂名市、揭阳市这十一个城市可领取补贴。南都湾财社记者梳理发现，此次国补“大礼包”对比去年力度更大，以广州为例，目前12类家电加上3类3C产品所有品类的优惠券全部享受最高额度优惠的话，每位消费者最高可以领取补贴2.95万元。不过值得注意的是，本次“粤焕新”可领取的购新补贴只可以在入选活动商户名录的线下门店使用，广东苏宁相关负责人告诉南都湾财社记者，此次补贴政策，消费者可以通过支付立减的方式直接享受优惠。广东移动方面则表示，今年在移动门店有国家补贴、移动补贴、平台补贴、以旧换新补贴“四补合一”，广东移动新老用户在全省超过3000家移动营业厅和社会渠道网点购买手机，均可享受四重补贴叠加优惠，产品覆盖了华为、苹果、荣耀、小米、OPPO、vivo等热门品牌。例如，客户购机办理新入网199元套餐三年合约，手机价格直降2124元，加上国家购新补贴等，一台原价5999元的华为Mate70手机，只要不到3100元就能到手。此外，南都湾财社记者注意到，对比去年，此次名单中的门店增加了很多中小企业，其中不乏一些小型的手机个人门店，这也方便了消费者可以就近在附近门店选购。
